The FVC Extensions have a patent pending Elastomeric Gasket that eliminates the "clicking" and "rattling" noise that drives you nuts. The noise is caused when the valve stem moves around inside valve hole and makes contact with the rim. The ribbed gasket on the FVC Extension fits tightly inside the hole and cushions the impact, eliminating the frustrating vibration noise. And SILCA's valve stem extensions require no tape or thread-seal for an air-tight installation. SILCA's Fixed Valve Core Extensions solves the problems, so you can focus on the ride.
